This Privacy Policy explains how APP BY GEBILAL handles information in connection with the Live IPTV: Online & Pro Player application.
We designed the application as a media player and playlist management tool. The application allows users to add compatible playlists and streaming sources, play supported media, and use available features such as TV casting.
1. Information That May Be Processed
Depending on the features you use, the application may process information necessary to provide its functionality. The following table summarizes the main categories.

2. Playlist and Media Sources
The application allows you to provide your own compatible playlist files, playlist URLs, streaming URLs and other supported sources.
Information supplied by you is used to provide the corresponding playback or playlist-management functionality.
If a source belongs to another company or service provider, that provider may receive requests from the application when you choose to access its service. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policy.
3. Local Playlist Storage
The application uses local storage technologies to maintain application information such as playlists, channel information and related settings needed for the application to function.
The application may use Android Room for local database operations. This technology is used as part of the application's local data management and does not by itself mean that information is sent to an external server.
4. Files Selected From Your Device
If you choose to load a supported playlist from your device, the application may access the file or content that you select for importing and processing.
The application does not require unrestricted access to unrelated personal files simply for normal playlist playback.
5. Network Connectivity
Internet and network permissions are used to allow the application to retrieve playlists, connect to supported streaming sources, load remote resources, provide online functionality and communicate with applicable application services.
Network-related Android permissions may also support connectivity and casting functionality.
6. Cast to TV and Nearby Connectivity
The application includes a casting feature that can allow supported media to be sent to compatible TVs or casting devices.
Depending on the device and casting method, network and nearby-device functionality may be required to discover or communicate with the selected device.
The application requests nearby Wi-Fi functionality for supported device and network operations. The declared NEARBY_WIFI_DEVICES permission is configured with the neverForLocation flag and is not intended to determine your physical location.
7. Advertising
The application may display advertisements. When advertising is enabled, the Google Mobile Ads SDK and related advertising components may process information required for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and related advertising operations.
Depending on your location, consent choices, device settings and applicable requirements, advertising providers may use information such as an advertising identifier, device information, approximate location derived by the advertising provider, and interaction or diagnostic information.
We do not directly control the information practices of external advertising providers. Their processing is subject to their respective privacy policies and applicable consent mechanisms.
8. Firebase Services
The application uses Firebase components for selected application functions. Depending on the enabled configuration and your use of the application, Firebase may process technical, diagnostic, configuration, messaging or usage-related information.
Firebase Analytics
Firebase Analytics may be used to understand general application usage, feature interaction and performance. Analytics information can help us improve the application's functionality and user experience.
Firebase Crashlytics
Crashlytics may process crash reports and technical information associated with application failures. This helps us identify and resolve stability problems.
Firebase Remote Config
Remote Config may be used to retrieve application configuration values without requiring a new application release for every configuration adjustment.
Firebase Cloud Messaging
Firebase Cloud Messaging may be used to deliver application notifications or messages when this functionality is enabled.
Firebase Realtime Database
Firebase Realtime Database may be used for application-related remote data or configuration functionality where implemented. Information handled by this service depends on the application's current configuration and the feature being used.

The application incorporates various development libraries and services. Some are used only for application functionality and do not independently collect personal information.

10. Android Permissions
The application may request or use Android permissions required for its available features. Permissions are used for their respective technical purposes.
- Internet: Required for online playlists, streaming sources and network-based application services.
- Network / Wi-Fi State: Used to understand network connectivity and support network-dependent features.
- Nearby Wi-Fi Devices: Used for supported nearby-device and network functionality. It is configured with neverForLocation.
- Wake Lock: Helps maintain playback or another active operation when required.
- Foreground Service: Supports eligible long-running application operations where required.
- Media Projection: Supports functionality that requires Android's media-projection framework when that feature is actively used.
- Notifications: Allows the application to send notifications when you grant notification permission and the feature is used.
- Vibration: Allows supported interface actions to provide vibration feedback.
- Consumer IR: The application declares optional support for devices that provide consumer infrared hardware.
- Transmit IR: Used only for supported infrared-related functionality on compatible hardware.
11. Location Information
The application does not request a location permission such as ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION or ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION.
The declared nearby Wi-Fi permission is configured with neverForLocation. This permission is intended for supported nearby Wi-Fi functionality and is not used by the application as a method of obtaining your physical location.
12. Notifications
If notification functionality is available, Android may request permission before notifications can be displayed on supported versions of the operating system.
You can control notification access through your device settings.
13. Information Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information handled by the application.
However, no internet transmission, electronic storage method, or software system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
14. Third-Party Websites and Services
The application may connect to external playlist, media or other services selected by the user. These services operate independently from APP BY GEBILAL.
We do not control how an external service collects, uses, stores, or shares information. You should review the privacy terms of any external service before using it.
15. Children's Privacy
The application is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children.
We do not knowingly request personal information from children for the purpose of establishing personal profiles or accounts.
16. Your Choices
You decide which optional application features to use. You can choose whether to add playlists, streaming sources, files or casting devices.
You can also manage permissions such as notifications and nearby device access through Android settings where supported.
17. Data Retention
Information stored locally by the application may remain on your device until you remove it, clear the application's data, uninstall the application, or otherwise use an available deletion option.
Information processed by third-party services may be retained according to the respective provider's policies and retention practices.
18. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy when application features, services, technologies, or legal requirements change.
When changes are made, the updated version will be published with a revised date at the top of this document.
